A Different Way Forward for Women Who Feel Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Disconnected

Hi! , I wanted to take some time to introduce myself. 

I’m Shannon Grimsley, founder of Wild Rising Coaching here in Orange County.

I work with ambitious, capable women who look “successful” on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly asking themselves, Is this really it?

Many of the women I support don’t come to me saying, “I need a coach.”
They come saying things like:

“I feel stretched thin and don’t know why.”
“I’ve done everything I was supposed to do, but something feels off.”
“I know I need change, but I don’t even know what that means yet.”

That’s where my work begins.

I’m a Visionary Transformation Coach, and my role is to help women slow down enough to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create clarity about what they actually want—before rushing into another goal, decision, or life chapter.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.

My background is rooted in over 20 years of working closely with women in one-on-one spaces, where I learned how often women hold it all together while quietly losing touch with their own needs, desires, and inner truth. Today, my work blends deep reflection, nervous-system awareness, and values-based guidance to help women create lives that feel more grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

I specialize in supporting women who are:
• High-achieving but exhausted
• Feeling disconnected from themselves
• Ready for change, but unsure where to start
• Craving more peace, clarity, and authenticity in their lives

Through private coaching and in-person workshops, I create spaces where women can pause, exhale, and begin again—on their own terms.
