Personal, small group, and class fitness training. Vitality OC is designed and structured to support people of all ages and backgrounds in helping them achieve their fitness goals. Our classes are structured to challenge each and every individual while focusing on strength and mobility. We provide a service for the individual, allowing each to track their own goals while receiving coaching from the Vitality OC training staff. Whether training one on one with our personal training program, or training with others in our multiple classes ran daily, each client receives the care and attention they deserve while learning new movements in a safe and welcoming environment. We push our clients to achieve but do so in an empowering way while we teach various strength and conditioning methods.
