About Us

Celebrating 90 years of service in 2026, the Rotary Club of Placentia has been dedicated to improving lives and strengthening our community since 1936. Guided by Rotary International's motto, "Service Above Self," our club brings together business leaders, professionals, and community members who are passionate about making a difference—both locally and around the world.

As part of Rotary International's global network of more than 1.2 million members, we support humanitarian efforts that promote education, health, peace, economic development, and the global eradication of polio.

Here in Placentia, our members proudly invest in the future of our community by awarding scholarships to local students, supporting youth leadership and service programs, partnering with local nonprofits, volunteering at community events, and raising funds for projects that benefit local families, schools, veterans, and seniors. We are proud to support organizations including HIS-OC, LOT 318, the Placentia Community Foundation, and many other community initiatives throughout the year.

Whether we're serving at local events, mentoring future leaders, or working alongside our community partners, we are committed to creating lasting, positive change through friendship, service, and collaboration.
