About Us

Nel is a former 20-year Property/Casualty insurance agent & District Sales Manager with a record of demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar sales growth in competitive markets with AAA-Auto Club of So. CA.

In 2004, she started her 2nd career, was scouted by the Walt Disney Company, and in 2014, attained her Broker's License. Nel was the top producer for 2022 at Major League Properties, which has been recognized as being in the Top 1.5% of Teams in The Nation every year since 2019. TOP AGENT MAGAZINE, selected Nel for their Cover Story for the So. CA issue, February 2023, she was nominated for 2024 Top Woman-Owned Business in Placentia, was the Winner of the BEST OF PLACENTIA Real Estate Team in 2024, and Winner of the BEST OF PLACENTIA Realtor in 2025.

Born and raised in Placentia, Nel sits on the Board of Directors for the Placentia Rotary Club and is the Co-Chair for Rotary's biggest annual Community Event, Cowabunga BBQ & Brew Fest.

In addition to running her own successful real estate business, she is the Director of Sales for all of Major League Properties and oversees the team of 20+ agents, helping them elevate their own businesses, and reach their own personal goals.
