Nel is a former 20 yr. Property/Casualty insurance agent & District Sales Manager with a record of demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar sales growth in competitive markets.

n 2004, she started her 2nd career and today she holds a Broker's License. Nel was the top producer for 2022 at Major League Properties which has been recognized as being in the Top 1.5% of Teams in The Nation. Out of the $12+ million in sales volume that she transacted in the past year, 29% were seniors in transition, 29% relocating out of state, 29% were investors & 13% were 1st time homeowners.

Born and raised in Placentia, Nel sits on the Board of Directors for the Placentia Rotary Club, is Sponsorship Chairperson for Rotary's biggest annual fundraiser' Cowabunga BBQ & Brew Fest' and will co-chair the Annual Placentia Prayer Breakfast with Mayor Ward Smith.
