Emotional wellness is just as important as physical wellness, but it’s a bit trickier to master if we seek the answers outside of ourselves. What if you could balance your emotions, without drugs, armed with just the knowledge of how they work and how to live harmoniously with them instead of fighting them? This topic has become of particular interest to me because my Psychology degree has only given me the textbook-based understanding of emotions and the traditional methods of “managing” them. I’d love to share what I’ve learned through my personal experience that has truly shifted my relationship with my emotions and given me the tools to create a level of emotional wellness I’ve never experienced before.
