Winter Rest Quest
In recognition of World Hypnotism day, let’s take a quest through the snowy forest. In a snow forest, you’ll be among the darkness, sounds of owls, snow falling from trees. You’ll be alone. In this time, you reflect. You become aware that in winter, the grass, trees and plants are resting. You’ll remember that some animals hibernate and others, while energetic and lively, stocked up their nuts over the year in preparation for this time of rest. Go inside yourself, and see what you’ve been storing all year long. Take inventory of your body, take notice of your energy, bring your thoughts into awareness. Have you taken time to rest this season? Be gentle. Take your time. Observe what comes up as you notice what you’ve experienced this past year. You don’t need to make any moves forward just yet- it’s time to observe. In the end, you’ll begin to mentally prepare for spring’s renewal and what will flourish as the snow melts away.
Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations may be taken via message or telephone to LaNeesha at 831-222-0375. You will receive confirmation with more information.
