Bring balance to your life with our Life Skills mini-course inspired by Tibetan Buddhist Thought 1.5 hour mini-course. There are some life maintenance skills that we often need reminding of. When was the last time you checked in on your money and finances to review your budget? How well did you stick to it? When was the last time you sat with yourself to get to know what you’re feeling, and make a plan to move forward? How well did you stick to that plan? Well, I’m sharing ALL my “secrets” about life and wellness. Each class, you’ll receive a thorough questionnaire to figure out how things have shifted for you, and what has been working for you and what has not.
This month, we will review our finances. You’ll get a refresher about our monetary system (including how to handle debts) and free yourself. Reconsider some of your financial goals and make plans to work toward them. If you don’t have the information readily available, that’s OK! You’ll receive the foundation to get started!
