DESCRIPTION:Community Drive-Thru Shred Event The City of Placentia invites you to participate in a free community Drive-Thru Shred Event on Saturday\, June 12th\, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Placentia Civic Center\, 401 East Chapman Avenue. Shredding documents can help prevent fraud and identity theft. Placentia residents and businesses are invited to have their confidential documents destroyed on-site for free by Shred-It. A maximum of four (4) banker box-sized containers will be accepted from each household or business location in Placentia. No electronic items\, hazardous materials\, or business e-waste will be accepted at this event. At this contactless drive-thru event\, we ask that all participants stay in their vehicles and have their shred items packaged in a bag(s) or box(es) in their back seat or trunk.
