How do you build ENDURANCE
 
Do you always feel like you're dying in your workout 
 
Feeling like you're struggling is all a part of building stamina. Your body needs time to acclimate. When you get that burning sensation in your lungs, your heart is learning to work harder and your blood is pumping because it's working overtime to give your body the oxygen it needs to get stronger. 
 
So to improve, take that class again and again. The body is an adaptable machine, whatever you practice, you will get good at. Just keep in mind that once things feel easier, that's your body's way of telling you, "I need a new challenge." The more fit you get, the more you have to push yourself to build your endurance even further.
