History Matters with Steve Berry
The Placentia Library District and the Placentia Library Friends Foundation are combining forces with the History Matters Foundation to raise money to digitize the library's collection of historic Placentia newspapers. Join the library and award-winning, New York Times bestselling author Steve Berry as he discusses his newest book in the thrilling Cotton Malone series, The Bishop's Pawn.This gripping thriller is about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., just in time for April 2018 and the 50th anniversary of Dr. King's assassination.
All money raised will be spent on the newspaper digitization project.
